CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

Open to residents of Alberta only.

CONTEST PERIOD:  Starting on April 9th, 2025, at 11:00 AM MST and ending on April 16th, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST (the “Contest Period”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 

ELIGIBILITY:  To enter and be eligible to participate in the promotion, a person must be a resident of Alberta and be the age of majority in Alberta. The Sponsor of this Contest is Sunridge Mall Holdings Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Contest: a) a director, officer, manager, employee, or agent of the Sponsor, Primaris Management Inc., PRR Trust, or any of the tenants or other occupants of the shopping centre known as “Sunridge Shopping Centre or Sunridge Mall” (the “Shopping Centre”) or their employees, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies or independent contractors of the Sponsor; b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Contest and c) any person domiciled with any of the above. Each Participant must be a Facebook or Instagram user and a follower of Sunridge Shopping Centre page. To become a Facebook or Instagram user, participant must register for a free account and agree to Facebook or Instagram terms and conditions. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter the contest participants must 1) Like the contest post on either the Sunridge Mall Instagram or Facebook page 2) Tag a friend 3) follow either @sunridgeYYC on Facebook or @sunridgeshopping Instagram page 4) comment below with the participants favorite Calgary Wrangler moment or player! 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:  You will need to read and accept these Contest Rules and Regulations. Unlimited unique entries are permitted through the Sunridge Mall Facebook or Instagram Page if the participant follows the participation requirements. Entries made in any other fashion other than the specified entry methods are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, electrical malfunction, mobile phone provider network problems/coverage problems, any internet/website downtime related problems or any printing errors in these Contest Rules and Regulations. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or the failure of any entry or prize claim to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combinations thereof. Purchase does not enhance a person’s chance of winning.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION: The Sponsor will award ten (10) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of four (4) tickets (“prize pack”) to the Friday, April 18th, 2025, or Sunday, April 20th, 2025, Calgary Wranglers games valued at minimum at $160.80 per prize pack. The total value of all prizes is $1,608.       

Other restrictions may apply, posted on Sunridge Mall website. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE: On or about Thursday, April 17th, 2025, at approximately 9:00 AM MST, the Sponsor will randomly select by random draw ten (10) entries from all eligible entries received at 2525 36th Street NE. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winners of the prizes between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, on the Thursday immediately following the draw until 3 p.m. on April 17th, 2025.  If the Sponsor is able to make contact and speak or correspond directly with the selected entrant within the allotted time, then at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, that entrant may be disqualified, his/her entitlement to receive a prize may be forfeited, and an alternate eligible entrant may be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries. In order to be declared a winner, potential winners a) will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a skill-testing-time limited mathematical question. b) return a completed release form that will require the potential winner to confirm the potential winner’s eligibility and identity and confirm the potential winner’s release of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies or agents, its respective advertising or promotional agencies from all injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by entering or participating in this contest or the use or redemption of a prize In order to claim the prize, c) a TicketMaster account in order to transfer a prize pack to the potential winner. Failure to respond within twelve (12) hours of being notified with a correct response to the skill-testing question and the release form may result in forfeiture of the prize and another random selection will take place and process repeated until all prizes have been awarded. There will be no repeated winners through the duration of the contest.  Prizes are not transferable, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitution of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Taxes, if any, are the winner’s responsibility.

Entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Contest Rules and Regulations including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entrants who have not complied with these Contest Rules and Regulations are subject to disqualification.

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or, declines to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited. The potential winner may be required to furnish proof of government issued identification that may include a driver’s license. Before being declared a winner, the eligible winner may be required to sign a declaration and complete a Release and Waiver form confirming understanding, acceptance and compliance with these Contest Rules and Regulations, acceptance of the prize as offered and a release acknowledging the non-responsibility of the Sponsor in respect of injuries, accidents, damages, costs, expenses or losses related to the conduct of the Contest, awarding of the prize and use and enjoyment of the awarded prize.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of law and, should any attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

For the purposes of these Contest Rules and Regulations, the entrant is the person who is the holder of the email account submitted in the entry form. It is to this individual that the prize will be awarded if selected and declared the winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Contest is compromised, without liability to the entrant. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.  This Contest is subject to these Contest Rules and Regulations and all applicable federal, provincial, local and other laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. These Contest Rules and Regulations are governed by the laws having application in the Province where the Shopping Centre is located. Any action or proceeding arising out of, or in connection with, this Contest or these Contest Rules and Regulations must be brought in the Court of the Province where the Shopping Centre is located.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering this Contest. Refer to the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.sunridgemall.ca/pages/sunridgemall-privacy-policy or at guest services to see how it uses personal information obtained in connection with this Contest. Contest entrants will be added to a customer database for the exclusive use by the Sponsor. This information will not be used for any purpose other than the promotion of Sunridge Mall it will not be sold, distributed or made available for any third-party use.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTEST
